World Children’s Day is UNICEF’s global day of action for children, by children, marking the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
This World Children’s Day, young people are asked to tell world leaders and leaders in their own countries what they need to live their rights and what kind of future they want – the future that is their right.
On Thursday 20 November the Janusz Korczak Association Australia will mark World Children’s Day, the anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. This year we are inviting every school on the Mornington Peninsula to hand the day over to its students.
